What are the Standard, Motorized, and Smart packages?
Standard is manual operation with a 1-year warranty — the budget-friendly pick. Motorized adds a quiet RF motor with a handheld remote included and a 3-year warranty. Smart uses a Matter-compatible motor that works with your voice assistant and phone, with a 5-year warranty. You can mix packages window by window.
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty length follows your package: 1 year on Standard, 3 years on Motorized, and 5 years on Smart. If anything needs adjusting, the same local crew that installed your treatments comes back out — no call centers, no runaround.
Do smart shades work with Apple Home, Alexa, and Google Home?
Yes. Our Smart package uses Matter-compatible motors that pair natively with Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings. We set up the integration and make sure it's working before we leave.

Who does the measuring and installation?
Our own crew handles everything — consultation, measuring, and installation. We never hand your project off to subcontractors, so the person who measured your windows is the one accountable for the final fit.
Is installation included in the price?
Yes, for most homes. Installation by our own crew is built into your quote. If a job needs drilling into concrete or tile, an extension ladder, involves a vaulted ceiling or a window over a stairwell, or needs a second technician for safe handling, we add a complex install fee, and we'll tell you that upfront at your consultation, not after the job's scheduled.
How long does it take to get my shades installed?
Most projects are installed 3 to 4 weeks after you approve your quote. Everything is made to your exact measurements, so timing depends on the product and fabric you choose. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation and keep you posted once your shades are in production.
Do you replace old blinds?
Yes — swapping out worn, warped, or builder-basic blinds for custom-fit treatments is one of our most common projects. We remove and dispose of the old ones during installation.
